This machine employs a JunChuang self-developed RF metal tube laser as the laser medium, offering a lifespan approximately 15 times longer than traditional glass tube CO2 lasers, requiring no maintenance for 30,000 to 40,000 hours.

Equipped with JunChuang's exclusive laser waveband interception module, it filters out AC and DC noise and unstable wavebands, providing a stable input current to ensure laser marking machine stability. Enhanced by JunChuang's exclusive technology, this machine offers more stable and durable performance than conventional laser marking machines. Manufactured to industrial production standards, it can operate continuously for 24 hours without interruption, with a laser power fluctuation of less than 2%, stable power consumption, a laser movement tracking error of ≤130us, and a repetition positioning accuracy of <6μRad. It can operate within a temperature range of -3°C to +50°C.
